I was asked by a colleague to create a 314x164 logo for his custom time tracking application he wrote in Ruby. I didn't have much time to spend on it so I tried to keep it to the basics - Time, Work, Clock, Seconds. I ended up with three designs, all fairly similar due to the narrow image constraints. The bottom left image is my favourite so I'll have to see what he picks.
